By accessing the Venom X infrastructure, you agree to operate within the strict boundaries of our enterprise ecosystem. Read these terms carefully.
1. Access & Authorization
Access to Venom X enterprise tools (Apex, Aura) is restricted to authenticated users. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or aggressively scrape the zero-latency API endpoints will result in an immediate, permanent infrastructure ban.
2. Acceptable Use of AI
Our LLM pipelines and autonomous architectures are immensely powerful. You agree NOT to use these systems to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly malicious code architectures.
- Launch automated DDoS campaigns or network floods.
- Bypass enterprise security protocols or engage in unauthorized penetration testing without prior written consent.
3. Uptime & SLA
While we engineer for 99.999% uptime, we are not liable for transient network disruptions caused by downstream cloud provider failures. Enterprise SLA guarantees are strictly enforced only via custom contracts negotiated through our architecture team.
4. Intellectual Property
All core algorithms, LiquidGlass UI components, and the "Venom X" brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaustuv Mishra. You retain full ownership of the data and prompt outputs generated during your session.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Venom X ecosystem at our sole discretion, without notice, if we detect anomalous behavior that threatens the stability or security of the global infrastructure.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed in accordance with international cyber-law and enterprise software regulations.
